Description
Lolo is a sweet Miniature HiFord boy with one of those personalities that makes people stop, smile, and fall in love with him.
He is a Highland x Hereford cross, born November 22, 2025. He is already weaned, fully trained, and ready for his next home.
Because Lolo has been part of our hands-on program and cuddle sessions, he is very used to people, affection, brushing, and visitor interaction.
He may not have long Highland hair. However, he absolutely loves being brushed. We joke that he identifies as a Highland because he truly believes brushing and attention belong in his daily routine.
Size and Structure
Lolo is a Miniature HiFord. That means he brings together Highland influence with the structure and classic look of Hereford-type cattle.
His dam is Lili, a Miniature Hereford x Lowline Angus cow born here at the ranch.
In addition, Lolo is chondro-negative and horned.
Suspected Sires
Lolo’s suspected sire is Casper, our Micro Dun Tipped HighPark; Dunniel, our Miniature Dun HighDex; or Mikey, our Miniature White Highland.
DNA testing will confirm parent verification.
Also, all three sire prospects are miniature bulls with excellent docility and temperament.
His Personality
Lolo is all about people.
He is sweet, affectionate, gentle, and very comfortable with hands-on attention.
Because he loves being around people, he has become a favorite during cuddle sessions. Guests connect with him quickly because he is so loving and easy to enjoy.
In addition, Lolo enjoys brushing, attention, and affection.
As a result, he could be a wonderful fit for someone wanting a small, friendly, already-trained calf.
Bull or Steer Potential
Lolo can go as a young bull or be castrated and go as a steer, depending on the buyer’s goals.
As a bull, Lolo offers an affordable option for someone wanting a smaller-framed, sweet-tempered Miniature HiFord cross with Highland influence.
As a steer, he could make a wonderful pet, companion, or agritourism animal.
Because of his people-loving personality and hands-on experience, he could also do very well in a visitor-based setting.
